We are off and running in the new year and we are kicking it off with a souffle, not any old souffle either. This is a savory cheese souffle. Chef E challenged me to make souffles so I made mini souffles that came out real nice. You know me, always eager for a challenge. I have posted them before but they were an after thought and the photo is blurry.
These are chocolate souffles waiting for a dust of sugar.
Dusted. You need to work fast and eat fast as they collapse fast.
We ate little sandwiches.
We made cheese raviolis with a secret center. These were tasted but made mostly to go in the freezer for quick meals when quick meals are needed, oh and we only made a couple with the 'secret' center and they have been eaten already. Lets hope 2009 is a banner year.
