We made shish-k-bobs and had a massive cheese board and drank 4 bottles of nice french wine that her cousin just brought from his trip to Lyon, but I was too busy to take photos until marshmallow time, all on a Monday night...ooooh weeee.
Man, there's almost nothin' more fun on a camp out that roastin' marshmellows. i developed a perfect form on repeated canoe trips to the Ozarks. Take a forked stick and use it as a guide. put a marshmellow on the end of a long strait stick, and rest it on the fork, turning is slowly over coals. keep it out of the flame, slowly roasting it. When you do it lkike that, the outside gets crusty, but the inside gets molten. When you put it in your mouth it just melts. I know my shit. Try it.
There's hardly anything I like better than roasted marshmallows. It suits my perfectionistic tendencies for an even brown and totally melted! The French wine sounds good too. I'm with Lara on a camping trip- best time of year for it.

I don't think you can ever enjoy the garden too much, spesh when theres wine, great company and a fire to watch.. reminds me of camping.

AKA: well I can think of a couple things....but these do rank...and camping would be perfect now.
Camping and I just don't get along unless it's a short trip. I love the outdoors but I love my bed more.
That looks and sounds so perfect, any night of the week.
HAR: this wasnt camping but you end up smelling the same anyway...
