At lunch this chicken fried turkey cutlet with steamed chard looked more like a schnitzel.
When I made it again at dinner the confetti mashed potatoes and the fully cooked chard looked more like a chicken fried steak with country gravy and purple greens. Both were good.

That turkey looks so good...anything breaded and fried is a winner.
