Biscuits and gravy - southern diner style.





Terrine du cochon avec carotte et tomate (french for -fancy meatloaf)




Pumpkin, trumpet mushroom, Italian sausage, provolone risotto.

Ok, Its official, you got me!!! I love risotto!!! I was going to email you and tell you about this magic risotto that I had at my sisters last weekend - her husband made it and it was stunning - chili, mushroom etc etc. It was truely amazing - he cooked the chilis whole in olive oil first and then opened them up, took out the seeds and chopped them to put in the risotto - yum!! and it did have a bit of a kick!!!

kitt: this terrine came out real nice and flavorful

anette: actually this was all over the weekend and I made the cheesecake sunday afternoon

beth: dont hate the player or play the hater -

buff: this loaf is tasty - its a nice mildly aspic jelled delight - and the cheesecake - whooo hooo I cant wait to make another

Wow! That is a fancy meatloaf! My handyman tried one last summer with pickled eggs in the middle! It was interesting!

Those biscuits and gravy look yummy too!!

I have never seen a "fancy meatloaf" before..and now that I have, does that mean my world is complete? I am guessing at No, I am sure you have much more to offer, that I have never seen or heard of. You keep on wowing me...this is great!
