i like the fact you did not toast your bread. a good corned beef should be on steamed soft rye. looks scrumptious.

I am continously impressed by the wide variety of food you eat and create....I know I don't have that much variety....in my life....I look at your pictures and always get a tad motivated to branch out in the grocery story ....nothing I make ever looks that good though.

Maybe you should teach cooking classes....or something on how to expand your food horizons....
