flavor town
As we ease on down the road we are slowly able to start taking bland out and putting flavor back in, this isnt to say that what we were eating didnt have flavor because it did but it was lacking a little umami.
Well the umami train pulled in the station and we got in the first car because we knew what kind of ride we wanted. Grilled tilapia with a couli of juneberries and coriander.
I feel like a rocket man when I look at this fish.
It must be the sauce.
A seafood tamale made sure we got to flavor town on time.

you are the rocket man! I am glad that you got past your runs and are back on to flavor doggy..
oh, man....how can anybody say that they don't like fish at all....the grilled tilapia look gorgeous....but question: are you sure the portion is right? Isn't it just too little? I need at least 3 fish fillets...no kidding....
man, throw the word "umami" around and you're bound to impress. Must use that word to describe my food next time I fail. lol.
Yum!! That tilapia looks great and the filling is waiting to bust out of that the wrapping. Pass me a fork please!!!

Ok, juneberries is on my shopping list for today! That sauce looks awesome!
Seafood tamales sound pretty darn tasty! I'm a huge fan of your radish arrangements, as well ;)
Gorgeous plate! That tamale looks out of this world...wish I had one.

Seafood tamales! You've got to tell us more about that.
By the way, get more active on Twitter, Rocket Man! You're missing out on the fun there. I was thinking of your blog today when I saw all the tweets about Tyler Florence's restaurant and the missing fork. They're looking all over the place for that stolen fork which looks a lot like the one in your header. Be prepared to explain that the fork has been here for a long time, if anyone calls. :)
Must give more info on the seafood tamale. That's hot.
wow thats really gourmet..so professional..
beautiful!!! must be a perfect meal... :)
Wow fancy pants! Nice plating of your food! :0)
That looks great!
Thanks for stopping by my blog today!!
Welcome back to flavor town! Gorgeous dish and the pics are absolutely stunning too. I'm tempted to lick the screen.

I want that meal right now! Now, I said. I've never had juneberries. They sound great.
The stuffed tamale......
