After a little bout of food poisoning that my son and I picked up from a fast food place that rhymes with hack ronald on Saturday, I am still trying to get my strength back. We dont typically eat that kind of stuff but we were going to the driving range and we were hungry and it was close by - you see the recipe for destruction right there dont you. Part of my rejuvenation process includes lots of yoghurt and eating primarily vegetarian foods. It works trust me.
Manchego, alfalfa sprouts, and avocado on fresh potato bread.
This sandwich is even better on a super nutty whole grain bread but the potato loaf is what I had.
We also snacked on papadam with tamarind and corriander chutney, tasty and light but loaded with flavor. So if you were wondering what all the vegetarianism is all about thats the reason.
