cool! How neat to make your own cheese. Is it easy? Cost effective? Definitely very neat--you've got a hot second to come up with some good recipes, too.
Ohhhh we'll have to wait till august to c this .....in the mean time i also made something which has cheese in it....pls check it out when u find time!!!!
Man, you sure are patient. I wouldn't be able to help myself. A friend of mine has some wild boar prosciutto curing in his living room that won't be ready for ages, but honestly I just want to tear into the damn thing!
You're making blue cheese?!!! Too cool. Where did you get the recipe? Or honestly, even the idea?
Quick question: Did you change something on your blog. I can't seem to find a list of your older posts and I wanted to know what the heck that mystery picture was. I missed the follow up, and I swear I can't stop thinking about what that could have been.
You are making blue cheese? Wow! I am impressed! Will we be getting any how-to's? And will you then be making your own bread to smear it on? It looks so beautiful!
How does your wife feel about doing a wifeswap? My husband can NOT boil an egg and doesn't know how to switch on the oven. This is completely true. Can you imagine. Oh - and I live for food and cooking. I can spend the entire day in the kitchen cooking and he would be oblivious to the masterpiece I lay before him. It's not easy. So how about that swap? Did I mention that I live for cheese as well?
