chronic

D
ang after all the complaining and laptop issues it would seem like a good time to get back to business. I do feel better today, I dont know if its like the eye of the hurricane or if I am actually better. Raw meat always sounds good to me but since we have health department issues and what not the safest I can tell you to eat it is at an internal temperature of 120 degrees F. While this may not kill off all bacterias if the meat was frozen then some of the trouble makers were dispensed at that point before hand. This little steak was so good I ate two of them, nice and rare.

Let me introduce you to Boots one of the feral cats we rescued. While he is still skittish you can pet him a little, he really likes the pup and hangs around him the most. The other one, Critter, is still very wild and hides most of the time.

It is stupid how closely my character in Wii golf resembles me.

Glad you're feeling better! You're certainly getting a healthy dose of iron with those steaks. And, Boots is just precious.

Your steak(s) looked pretty good too!

I want that cat!!! I just have to sneak it in as my landlord won't allow animals in the building.

That steak looks to die for, too. I love the juices dripping from it.

Your steak looks great!

And Boots is adorable...how funny that I too posted a photo of our cat.

It's stupid huh?

elyse: I would and do eat it barely cooked fairly often

buff: darn good - bacon wrapped

jenn: he is a cool cat - really alert

harmony: totally stoopid - its like playing paper dolls they way you get to dress them up and everything

yum! rare is the only way to eat steak (unless you're feeling particularly brave and want to go blue)

that wii guy is crazy realistic looking. why isn't he a cartoon? lol

Gosh that steak looks good. My dad taught me a little trick last time my parents stayed with me. He sears his steak with a small gas torch - like the one you would use for creme brulee and such - and then finishes cooking according to taste. It quickly seals in flavour more effectively than a hot pan.

healthy: I go blue - I like it hot flashed on both sides and cool in the middle

stace: crazy how far technology has come - Boots is so happy to be an inside cat - the other one is cuter but so friggin' wild

belle: I might have to try that little torch trick....

You aren't wearing socks!

Okay, one of our feral cats likes to be petted and hangs out with us while we're all outside. Also stands by screen door and meows when we're inside. I think she wants a home...

I'm glad the pup has his own kittycat! Every boy should have a pet to care for and love.
