nine hundred

One hundred more and its the big one thousand. Lets see what day is 100 days from now? November 28 give or take a couple of days and I should be celebrating my 1000th post! I dont know what I will do!

I could probably serve up some lunch. Pork tenderloin with peach and fig compote along side grilled shrimp and white truffle oil mashed potatoes and a little green salad. That could be a starting point.

Not for you? How about a knockwurst and a bratwurst with the same potatoes and some cucumber slices. How about some dabs of Emerils kicked up horseradish mustard?
