got dough

I must be coming down with something because I am baking like a bandit lately and I dont bake! I prefer to fly by the seat of pants when it comes to matters of the kitchen and baking requires a little bit of chemistry to get things right. I decided to throw caution to the wind and just wing it. I made this bread from the water left over from boiling cranberry beans for a cold bean salad. I hope it tastes good!

This is the third rise.

It looks good.

what the hell are cranberry beans?
your bread looks good, but I will put my dill seed casserole bread up against it and win Mr I am not in to recipes, let me know if you would like the recipe!
I also made those mini pumpkins filled with brulee and also with pecan pie tonight- my momma was impressed! That is like impressing the queen of baking to impress my momma, so again, I thank you for turning me on to those little jewels! Happy turkey day you crazy turkey!

It looks great! I'd love to see a cut slice of it with, well how are you going to eat it? on the side of a good soup? With jam on or simply just with butter (and honey?)

anette: that sounds good - I will probably butter some up and lightly toast some too
