salad

Some people hear that and hurry to the front while others quietly scurry out the back.

I only want to know why you would run from a salad of fried tilapia with a hominy crust on some mesclun greens with a radish, cilantro and fresh berry relish topped with an aoli of scallion and lemon zest. All views invited.

I never run from a good salad, and this one looks quite attractive.

A salad is Ok when you put some real food in it like that!

I'm down with it if you just lose the cilantro! I have tried it many times and just do not like the taste, reminds me of getting my mouth washed out with a bar of soap.

Salad makes me very, very, very happy. I could eat it all day, every day. Especially if your hands made it. * muah *

Kitt: this is nothing to run from...

buff: I hear you....just lettuce...not worth the chew time.

It looks yummy! I've used fresh trout on salad before! Yours looks much better! Especially with the berries!

This salad looks scrumptious. Although...what iare mesclun greens?

I only recently met the first salad I didn't like. Seaweed salad. it was way too chewy and salty. Not to say a different chef (like yourself) couldn't make a delish seaweed salad.
