Buff: Roasted garlic is one of my foundations, what I didnt spread on the ribs I will put into soup.
MA: I do dry rub and sauce on the side, 1) I hate burnt anything 2) I hate gooey anyting else 3) but a saucy woman is a whole other story.

These look great. There was once a time that I didn't like ribs, I know...I know can you believe that? It was a sad, sad time LOL!
