When will it all end? Sun dried tomatoes, golden tomatoes, anchovies and of course cheese and I swear this is the last pizza I will post for awhile.
I soaked some dried New Mexico green chiles until they were nice and plump, stuffed with, you guessed it, goat cheese and battered and fried - chile relleno deluxe waiting on a little sauce and my fork.
Remember, I make these all the time.
