I think you should do these at least a couple of times a week...different things that you show us how to make. And as your publicist, I will get your name out there!! ;)

I use filo, and I usually bake them in the oven. I guess its because of the grease thing.. I never fry things in fat/oil. But I admit: they taste better when they get fried. They're usually filled with vegetables, but the prawn touch tempted me!
anette: the filo sounds like a nice twist, flaky...you can fry the spring roll skins and they are light and crispy...but since you dont like to fry....

I have done voice work in the past and would certainly love to do it again....
