I had grilled teriyaki marinaded portobellos last night. Scrumptious. I could have ate the whole plate. Mushrooms rule the world. :)
Do you forage? I learned to collect wild mushrooms at a very young age and we love them. When the mother lode comes in the dehydrator in going 24/7. They are wonderful in soups or sauce and keep in the fridge forever.The texture actually seems to improve once they are dried.
slip: everytime I scroll back I find something....today its slip..I have foraged forever.....and I am always amazed.
