more rice

These rice cakes are easy to make. Toast some un cooked rice in a hot skillet until it is browned evenly. Put the toasted rice in a food processor with some garlic, salt, pepper and mix it until its a course meal texture, add some crumbled farmers cheese and eggs and shape into patties and fry. Make a nice marinara sauce and float the fried rice cakes in the sauce until they are tender and plump. Serve with a little extra sauce and some creme fraiche.
