Greens

After almost bathing in grease and cheese its time to ruminate with some veggies. My body literally screams for something green and even though I make a fresh juice each morning with beets, carrots, cucumber, celery and apple this just isnt enough.

So baby bok choy and chinese broccoli to the rescue. I saute with a little fresh lime to keep em' green and some onions and garlic with a touch of sesame oil. After I remove them with tongs the liquid that is left gets a splash of soy and a sizzle of chile for some extra flavor then this reduces and gets poured over the top. These young and tender greens are so sweet and so full of "green" that the craving is sated, for now at least.
