PopShrimp

The PopChicken was so good I knew the PopShrimp would be even better and guess what? It was.

I peeled and cleaned some gulf shrimp, floured them then egg wash them then sea salt and vinegar PopChips crushed up to coat the shrimp before putting them under the broiler for a couple of minutes.

The shrimp came out moist and tasty and the sea salt and vinegar crust was plenty of seasoning for these crispy guys along with some sweet teriyaki dipping sauce that made a winning combination a champion.

Ohhh! this is even better! I love salt and vinegar crisps, you can't get it in Norway. And together with the shrimp, it must be delicious!

I get shrimp so rarely that I never want them coated with anything. If I did, these look like a good candidate.

These look fantastic!! (I was commenting yesterday and the firewall kicked in. Stupid firewall!) I've tptally been in the mood for shrimp too. I made some pina colata breaded shrimp this weekend and even though all the breading fell off, they were still superb! :)

So good! These PopChips sound so much more appealing than corn flakes.

I thought the Sea Salt & Vinegar flavor was too powerful to eat the chips right out of the bag, but this sounds like a great way to put those chips to good use!
