my accia - pronounced - ah che ah

Focaccia, carpaccio, do- di do facio. And shameless plugs. Perhaps I need to flesh this out a little. Plugs, I wish I needed to make them, I need more face time (facio). Carpaccio is a vegetarian nightmare with Himalayan pink salt. Focaccia is sundried tomato and garlic waiting to be turned into somehting else and thats ab0ut as verbose as I can get at this moment.

If that's a shameless plug, what does an embarrassed one look like?

... and here I thought it was a brazen plug!

I've come to appreciate carpaccio this past year. A chef friend makes it all of the time. Or rather, he pounds it all of the time. Drizzled with truffle oil is pure nirvana!

I love it, but you don't see it around here on the menu often...
