trattoria
You would think that I was running a pizzeria or a trattoria with all the Italian street food I have been making lately. These were a special request and I was pleased to oblige.
I dont know how many wild boar sausages you have tasted but if you ever get to taste some you will not soon forget it.

Are these wild boar sausages? Where do you get them? I want a taste.
I had to google "wild boar", and now I know what it means: villsvin(in Norwegian). I guess the taste is kind of wild? Do you like them?
Remember, no meat on Fridays!
5 star: mine was a gift but you can find some here
anette: I like game meat so - yes I did.
sophie: delicious, right?
ap: I dont go crazy over lent - I probably havent 'done lent' since I was 17
I have never had wild boar...it looks great though.
Much better as a sausage! I had wild boar pork roast once, at an upscale restaurant.. Wild Boar= Tough Pig!
Ive never had that. Ill try anything once, maybe twice..
MMM, What kind of cheese ya got there my friend?
Me loves the cheese.
Now that's a mouthful!
The food of the street--nothing better!
...certainly not a boar-ing dish...(sorry)
I saw an article in the paper the other day, saying that wild boar are being found in Ohio in increasing numbers. With a picture of one and the hunter who shot it and that was one scary-huge animal.
I think I like them better as sausages.
