lunch a bunch
When I have to make lunch for a bunch pasta always raises its hand first and gets picked everytime. You shout out "who wants to feed a crowd" and pasta is like jumping up and down doing the pee-pee dance shouting "me, me, me" as loud as it can. Hard to let that kind of motivation go to waste so pasta it is.
Spinach and ricotta ravioli with four cheese alfredo. The raviolis were simmered in the sauce to cook and absorb the cream and cheese then garnished lightly with spring onions and rose petals.
Not enough? How about a tzatziki pork chop with early peas?
Real good! Not that pretty but a great personality!

Great idea about simmering the ravioles in the sauce. I bet my son will like that and I will take the pork. It does look good.
my favorite thing is the rose petals with the ravioli.
you are killing me here..
monica: pork is good....
mely: yeah the raviolis cooked nicely and they absorbed a good amount
linda: actually thats my favorite part too....
snugs: whats wrong - salad got you down?
Wow Rose petals I was wondering what they were!!! and pork chops are calling my name!!! You are a devil, oh god why mention the raviolis simmered in alfredo and 4 cheese!!! I think the next thing am gonna do is hurry to the kitchen and pul out some pasta and make alfredo...
4 cheese Alfredo is my version of crack cocaine...
Wow ravioili with four cheese! Oh I'm drooling over your shots! Ravioli is one of my favourites. Though I dont consume pork, the chops look tempting too!
They both look pretty to me. Pretty delicious! Especially the ravioli. Heavenly.
Both look soo good. I woke up to these pics and now am soo hungry. I like the little peas...
ramya: we had such beautiful roses and the petals were falling off so it hit to me to use them...
buff: then you better schedule an intervention because these arent your ordinary 4 cheeses..
pooja: to tempt a non-pork eater is an accomplishment....thanks
reeni: well they cant dance and they make their own clothes but they have great personalities...
merm: big peas need love too!
THUMBS UP!!!!! Tzatziki pork chop? Wow, that sounds lovely, do you add garlic to your tzatziki? I put Hungarian paprika into my tzatziki, hehe
Hey!
We both have tzatziki today!
Oh wow you gave me some ideas for supper tonight! The pork and the ravioli have me drooling.
kennyt: garlic yes but paprika no...I should sprinkle some on the end
stacey: parallel universe to be sure...
katherine: glad to help out!
You are right; pasta is the greatest for feeding hungry hordes! why do you think I bought 3 cases totalling 56 pounds?
Your raviolis look great!
Pasta is perfect for a crowd. The pork looks amazing!
Now that's a new way to do a pork chop. We thought it was that alfredo sauce at first, but after reading the t word, that's even better.
you and your damn raviloli is what has forced this salad binge!
Ya know, I love the way you think, doggy. The rose petals ... such a cool touch.
Oh that pork chop looks divine!! So does the ravioli. Nice touch with the rose petals. Bring a little elegance to the pasta. Though, I'm not sure if that's what you were going for.
marjie: you are out of this world!
pam: as long as the pasta isnt over cooked...
duo: it tastes all greeky to me with the yogurt sauce...
snugs: oh
diva: that is such a nice thing to say...thanks
jenn: I am not shy to say that is exactly what I was trying to do -otherwise imagine those ravioli blobs by themselves...LOL
Oh my God. That ravioli looks and sounds to die for!!!!!!
Can I come for lunch? These dishes look heavenly! I just love the garnish of spring onions and rose petals on the ravioli!
Hungry hungry now. :-)
YOu have inspired me to get going on my garden! Thank you!
