Empire State Burgers. Simple burgers make simple things that much nicer.

I love that picture! When I show this to my daughter tomorrow morning, she will request an Empire State burger for sure. New York made such a huge impression on her when we visited recently and she's firmly decided to move there when she's older :)

You have asked me about how to get gelling sugar....
Look for Kölner Gelling sugar, I believe it sells sugar worldwide....is there any supermarkets called LIDL or ALDI nearby? Those two definitely sell gelling sugar.
