Good lookin' hash you got there. I love that you didn't mash it all up like some places do. Although, I do like the mixed and mashed version, but this is cooler.

Oh! Gosh! Is before 7 am here and thinking about light breakfast, then I see this picture calling my name.
Why do you do that ? :) That is so tempting. And what kind of meat is that? Corned Beef? Let me know.

We had a skillet dinner last night, too! We had beans and eggs, but I can see Tavo tucking into some hash. Do you cook the potatoes first?

I thought Menudo was the Mexican hang-over cure... I'll take that hash instead of it anytime!

justtelling: well this one wasnt awful if that helps

snugs: yup its corned beef...

jenn: I like it to be separate so I can monitor each bite

donna: I am sure if you get your hands on it your mouth isnt far behind

mely: it is left over corned beef that I boiled up for sandwiches the other day

grace: eggs and grease can cure anything I think

harmony: I love when I post something that you like and have eaten

tavolini: yeah, the potatoes get boiled whole and then cooled before cutting - they actually were boiled with the meat the day before

buff: you can have the hash - if there is menudo it takes first place in my book

The perfect way to burn up used corn beef or any other meat that is floating around. Also, a great hangover cure if you can manage to make it to the stove to cook.

I've never had corned beef and hash but I have been craving it lately. Thanks for the additional inspiration to make it.

marjie: I know how you eat eggs - I think you simply introduce them to the stove and then put them in your plate..

giz: I checked it all out - looks and sounds good

pooja: diner food right at home...

jeff: you said that right....

pam: seriously? - you should try it!

oh man...this reminds me of the best hash I had at Polly's Restraunt. It was out of this world...looked a lot like yours does.

Never had hash and eggs, but something about a big one pan breakfast is intriguing. Pass the ketchup please!

I know hash and eggs is so unhealthy but damn it's good! We used to have it from time to time for dinner when I was a kid.

My ex-stepmother used to make hash when it was my weekend to visit...because she knew I hated it.

This actually looks pretty good.

This reminds me of that ratatouille I made with the baked eggs in the middle.
I love the hash idea.
Everything is better with eggs!

If the sun weren't shining so brightly, I'd be impatient to go to sleep so that I can wake up to this for Sunday breakfast.
