round one

Simple yes but difficult to do right.



I like soft and hardly browned.



Get the curds fluffy.



I added cheese, a sharp cheddar this time.



I like the tri fold usually but this is the half moon.

omelettes are tricky! I used to be a short order cook at a breakfast place and the variety of ways to cook eggs is ridiculous. People are extremely passionate (and picky) when it comes to eggs.

I've had two omlette pans of the close and flip variety- both worked but not as well as an open pan with a simple manual fold over! Love omlettes....

Yummy...I rarely get one to look so good. And that's sad because I was a Home Ec teacher and went to a couple of semesters of pastry school. Looks delicious to me!

Ah! THAT I can eat. I don't do fish unless they're breaded and fried beyond recognition...sort of like a MacDonalds Filet O Fish!
