basic




Boiled potatoes with butter and nutritional yeast could not get any simpler and while the dish is basic the flavors verge on the compound. We use this yeast mostly on popcorn but it goes well with so many other things. We got ribs getting crusty under the broiler and our ration of guacamole in anticipation of a football game. While I lack the full on sports watching gene I do watch the big games.

I LOVE potatoes any way they are cooked. Unfotunately I can only eat them in small amounts these days to keep my blood sugar down. Now I am craving some carbs BAD!

Nutritional yeast? One more thing I need to look in to!

Wow, I have totally forgotten about nutritional yeast. I haven't had it or thought about it since back in college in the heyday of my vegetarian lifestyle.
