tiny bites of radish and crab
Bored, tired and hungry do not usually go together since this combination can result in the shortest, fastest way to get things done, but not this time. The radishes from the greenmarket were exceptional and little sandwiches seemed in order.
Sliced radish, butter, crab, sea salt and fresh ground pepper round out these little nibbles.

What a great idea. I love radishes, but not many people do. Whenever I buy them, I end up eating them all.
I do not like radishes. I can not get used to the taste, even though I crave them and always think I may like them the next time....they hurt my tongue.
I don't even like radishes, but that looks good! I know my wife would eat the hell out of it...
UV: Like all radishes, daikon being my favorite
C: thats wierd, they have a little spicy bite though
BDDY: I've never met a radish I didnt like...
Tea sands. The kid and I are making our version this week with English cucs. I wonder if you marinate the radishes in vinegar & sugar how different the taste might be? I like them any ole' way.
deb: probably vinegary and sweet...LOL...I bet they could be good, I forgot to mention the squeeze of lime I used on these.
Sounds divine! Would have been lovely on the neach as Chicklet was learning to windsurf.
anndi: these, and cucumber and also watercress are the 'divine' champions of tea sandwiches, I had trimmed the crusts off the first couple and then thought 'who am I to waist bread' the crab was a real secret touch to these buttery delights.
This looks really good. My stomach doesn't like radishes though. Not sure why. I used to love to eat them fresh from the garden when I was a kid..
Radishes don't like me. They also burn my tongue and apparently my stomach, too.
michelle: use more butter
Joy: ditto
Mmm...radish
now he's a weird comment; i love radishes.
