meat alert!
Boneless Ribeyes in a heart shape. We had a meat and potatoes kind of weekend. I made a reduction of grapes a lot like the blueberry one I made a few weeks ago and turned it into a very savory steak sauce.
We went to chinatown and checked out some of the new years celebrations.

Raw meat icks me out, perhaps I've never had it prepared correctly, I don't know..
Rib-eye is my favorite cut-rare, of course! You never see Chateau Briand(SP?)anymore.
aww...i LOVE meat but just feel too sory for the animals. if i could just raise my own....
Gosh, I sure do love meat. So much. Nothing better than a nice juicy tender medium rare steak.
Next Sunday is supposed to be a really big New Year festival too.

i wish i had gone to chinatown to watch the celebrations. next year hopefully.
