One of the true things I miss since my kids grew up, was hauling them out fishing....
I love the smell of grits in the morning. Great shots of Coney Island. I've never been, but I always think of Poeta en Neuva York whenever I see the ferris wheel.
Never been to Coney Island but have read all about it, also read about the developers going in.
Those dumplings look absolutely delicious but trying to stay away from deep fried!
Vincent: grits smell great with or without cheese they are so hearty and light at the same time.
Buff: We have been doing more fishing lately.
Little: these are boiled first then sauteed in a hot skillet with just a splash of olive oil to put a little crunch...
A breakfast of champions! Did you catch anything?
Those dumplings look yummy. They're not Coney-Island-Fish-Dumplings, are they?

Beth: he is lucky
LOVE the Coney Island pictures.
Fishing reminds me of my dad. he would take 4 little GIRLS fishing at 5:30 in the morning. We drove him crazy. He wouldn't let us fish unless we baited our own hook. I never would have done it if I wasn't trying so hard to please my dad.
Your son will remember all of this that you have done for him.
Grits, grits, grits, grits!
What a great day! And yes, I´d love to know!

You've just gotta love a man who knows what to do with his catch...
