Keepin' Cool

Shakes, Smoothies and Juice along with copius amounts of water.
This is a strawberry, tofutti, and soy milk delight.

The juice is carrots, beets, celery and cucumber.

Water is water but thru a pUr filter -how do you do the umlad(spell check please). We go to the pool often, we go to the YMCA not as often and we hit the sprinkler parks rarely -since he is a "big guy"now. I need to go to the Y more but that only spells excercise and it just makes me too hungry to think about it.

When our boys were young, we were lucky to have an Association pool two blocks from the house! Big and well supervised, for about $100 a year, our whole family could go to the pool all summer! That was nice to have before we put in air conditioning!

Buff: I hear ya my child hood was similar with the local pool. Now we have the FREE municipal pools or The Y for 250 a quarter.

TK: And? I always thought, whatis that damn grain salad that is the staple for veg heads - oh yeah -taboo-lay..that it gives me the trots...but it doesnt! Give Juice a chance.

I love smoothies...I am a smoothie junkie. I got a smoothie maker for my b-day last year and I have an abnormal amount of love for that thing.

I also have to add that we spent all day at the water park today and it was just the most perfect, lazy, enjoyable summer day ever for the three of us here in Snowelf land. :)
