There you have it - be sure and mark your calendars and guess what - HSN gave me a $10 gift card for mentioning this and I want to give it to you - I will even pay the 44 cent postage but you need to tell me why you want it and then I will perform some kind of highly subjective selection process and give it to you. You dont need to follow me or tweet me or jump through hoops do back bends or anything. Now on to other matters.

See that poached egg dish? That was the last of the 10 pounds of corned beef I made.

Rye toast cups were filled with corned beef hash then topped with a poached egg all while floating in a mustardy hollandaise sauce - how's that for tasty? I said I was going to post the green chile burrito process but thats going to have to wait so I guess this post isnt as all over the place as I first thought. So tell me why you want 10 bucks to shop on HSN and make it good and its yours.

perhaps if i act indifferent about the gift card, you will feel inclined to send it my way. You know what I am capable of. I trust you will make the right decision. But then again, someone might want it more than i do since I am being indifferent...
whatever LOL
I will say that I am always in awe of your poached eggs. they are a thing of beauty.

Because I tried so hard to win the last time you gave something away which I think was that Angus beef and I "didn't" win, it left me all........hungry inside.
I'll promise to buy something with that money that I would never usually buy, like a lobster or maybe some of those king crab legs and enjoy the meal all the while toasting one of my cheap Southpaw beers to....you!

Or.....because as usual, I didn't finish reading the whole post to realise that the money is for spending "not" in my local supermarket but at some place on line.

I think I am going to ask HSN for one more of these since only Mo Diva and Micky-T want it - and Micky-T wants to use it at the store. Make that two more.

Fancy corned beef hash on toast! I doubt what my mom grew up eating looked anything like this! Fabulous! it would even get me to eat corned beef!

Yeah I read the whole post. I know that I always wonder if people read my posts if they only comment on the food :-)

Looks like I'm late to the party again, darnit. And I would have done a fancy yoga trick for it. This corned beef eggstravaganza is better than a gift card though. Wow, Christo, your food is so beautiful, it blows me away.
