This is one kicked up Parmesan





Fried eggplant, fried zucchini, fried zucchini blossoms made this a dish to die for, not to mention the fresh sauce with extra basil. Less was not more in this case, more was more and more is better.

this is nothing simple to prepare - you have to start the plants indoors when its still cold - then you fast forward to making a spectacular pesto - then there is the ricotta situation and farm eggs - this recipe could be a short story.....
