You take the best photos - this looks so darned good, it's making my mouth water! Is there chicken under that egg?
Seems like you're enjoying New Mexico! Beautiful food, could have been on a big poster, or a painting! Lovely colors!
I will hunt you down if you don't tell us about that egg dish! Looks wonderful. Love the bull riding - fun to watch.
Yes, I'd like to know the details of that lovely egg dish too. Glad you're enjoying your trip, and I can't wait to hear more about your documentary!
Isn't rodeo about the most astonishing sport ever? Even a sissified Yankee girl like me loves it. And your eggs are so pretty!

This looks grand!
Looking forward to the documentary and the recipe; looks delicious!
Oh yeah. When we lived in Texas we made many trips across the border. I wasn't crazy about the bullfights, but saw them anyway. I also remember a deadly drink called Tequilla Sunrise.
I can't wait for you to tell us either! That dish has really piqued my curiosity... looks divine.

I was born in Albuq. NM and that egg dish has my mouth all ready for your egg dish recipe! It looks simply divine!
I love the foods and culture of the South West. I've been to Mexico several times and have enjoyed some amazing foods. I've never seen bull fighting but I come from a family of rodeo bull riders. I try to visit my extended family often. When visiting, I always try to make stops at all my favorite restaurants in Old Town, Sante Fe and Taos.
I have a favorite Mexican breakfast place in Gallop, NM. So if you’re in that area let me know and I'll get you the address.
Ironic you put up a vid with bull riding on it. Yesterday when I was working on the show Dexter, somehow one of the background and I got into the topic of bull riding. Totally random conversation, too.
Glad you're enjoying there in New Mexco!!
I just posted a recipe with Hatch chiles!
How lucky you are to be there!

Where can I get some of those Chiles? I think they will be great stuffed with crab meat and cream cheese.
Just getting some ideas just looking at them. Those peppers are also sold dry, right?
