Pizza - who doesn't like pizza and who ever doesnt like pizza is a freak and has no business reading this post so if thats you - toodles.
I made a few pizzas, a clam pizza or two a tomato pie and a garlic pie.
The greatest thing about this grill his how blazing hot it gets. I have two types of pizza stones and the grill is big enough to accommodate them both and neither one is hotter than the other, they are both blazing hot.
The only thing left to do now is slice them up, pour a cold beverage and enjoy.

Do you have to use a stone to make pizza on the grill?
you could use a cast iron skillet or a griddle
GREAT Thanks Chef! Love All your food pics!
I like white pizza; the hungry hordes love the traditional. With Vincenzo down the street I don't have to make it; I have a real Italian to sweat over the pizza oven!
And I'm only 90 miles west of you, but on the top of the hill, and so do not suffer the sub-tropical heat!
I can almost feel the hot melty cheese from that picture.
Is that an Emile Henry on the left? Nice ceramics!
why - yes it is an emile henry - you have a good eye
hmmm,I haven't checked out your blog in many many moons. I love that you do pizzas on the grill. We do that here too, but don't use a stone or skillet, just put it directly on the grill for a few minutes then flip it over and put the sauce and toppings on it...toodles dog :)
